求助————C6670连接仿真器

大家好，我在调试板卡时连不上仿真器，c6670与c6678级联模式，报错如下：
IcePick_D: Error connecting to the target: (Error -233 @ 0x0) The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken. An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed. The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault. (Emulation package 5.0.681.0)
3 [1 R- O8 {8 l1 H- s9 nsysout输出正常，用的是wintech xds560v2仿真器，ccs是5.2版本。
