a four-ball wafer chip-scale package (WCSP). The
7 S% H/ ]3 W& |3 T% B9 [ZCC103 is capable of reading temperatures to a

The ZCC103 features a two-wire interface that is
9 o) i* U1 C- a! Ncompatible with both I2C and SMBus interfaces. In
1 k! @1 @1 y, b7 Vaddition, the interface supports multiple device
4 n0 ?" {% `6 o) t! raccess (MDA) commands that allow the master to
6 v2 d5 J" x( b" c/ `2 o2 ^7 Ycommunicate with multiple devices on the bus/ }" V j8 j; H* G- U& a# S
simultaneously, eliminating the need to send2 g6 E! o3 ^( O [
individual commands to each ZCC103 on the bus.
