    3 Description
    0 z) g& S+ ~; c: FThe ZCC103 is a digital output temperature sensor in$ J2 I6 Y; f; o4 w3 F& q
    a four-ball wafer chip-scale package (WCSP). The
    7 S% H/ ]3 W& |3 T% B9 [ZCC103 is capable of reading temperatures to a
    7 c5 e8 i. Z9 o1 n+ aresolution of 1°C.7 s, D. U7 \: I% y5 R" O: J4 R
    The ZCC103 features a two-wire interface that is
    9 o) i* U1 C- a! Ncompatible with both I2C and SMBus interfaces. In
    1 k! @1 @1 y, b7 Vaddition, the interface supports multiple device
    4 n0 ?" {% `6 o) t! raccess (MDA) commands that allow the master to
    6 v2 d5 J" x( b" c/ `2 o2 ^7 Ycommunicate with multiple devices on the bus/ }" V  j8 j; H* G- U& a# S
    simultaneously, eliminating the need to send2 g6 E! o3 ^( O  [
    individual commands to each ZCC103 on the bus.
    9 F! d1 a% @0 j# {7 [Up to eight ZCC103s can be tied together in parallel
    0 i4 E& ?0 m; [4 i. R4 {6 {and easily read by the host. The ZCC103 is
    5 I' d1 F3 _* R' @: z0 Z. G: nespecially suitable for space-constrained, power-
    . }' E1 `3 B1 i8 @sensitive applications with multiple temperature2 r- O. `( r7 d
