    ! p% n! E( c* m- WThe ZCC1001E is a high voltage, non-synchronous

    input voltage 9V to 100V. The ZCC1001E
    - f7 f$ p: o/ j- i4 f7 D$ aintegrates a 120-V 400-mΩ high-side MOSFET.
    ( N- N' c3 N: R' cThe ZCC1001E delivers 1A continuous load' p7 O4 r6 S' c: Q$ P2 y
    current with up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1001E
    ' g. Q8 E6 z5 X; C) {operates with fixed frequency peak current control7 Y5 }$ E7 u% w# a
    with built-in compensation eliminates the need for

    串联线性稳压电路主要思路来自于基本线性调整模型。
    + w3 ~' |3 g9 R$ y7 Q在输入直流电压和负载之间串入一个三极管,其作用就是当输出阻抗发生变化引起输出电压同步变化时,通过某种反馈形式使三极管的发射极也随之变化,从而调整输出电压值,以保持输出电压基本稳定。3 A% A4 j8 J2 U* v; Z. {# u3 Y
    由于串入的三极管是起着电压调整作用的,所以,这个三极管也称为调整管。
