The ZCC2467 is a high frequency step-down switching regulator with integrated
6 O2 A4 m' C0 B0 y' y' einternal high-side, high voltage power MOSFET. It provides 3.0A output with

scaling down the switching frequency at light load condition to reduce the/ p! J" \: P/ |# n) _

The frequency foldback prevents inductor current runaway during startup and) n. n: ?- j- V
thermal shutdown provides reliable, fault tolerant operation.
