使32位IBIS AMI模型支持64位的工具

模型是进行仿真的基础，犹如PCB上的封装一样，如果模型不正确，仿真结果也是不对的，随着信号速率越来越高，早期的IBIS模型已经不能满足仿真需求，因此IBIS协会推出了IBIS AMI模型来描述器件行为，而有的仿真软件只支持64位模型，当器件只有32为模型时，则需要用到一个小工具来使其满足仿真软件的要求，工具下载如附件所示，内含使用说明。

ads加载提示：
pvt无法在ami参数树里面找到，它是被忽略的；手动设置了好像也是这样
amidev rx_init 失效
