DX forward annotation时报错，请大虾帮忙

9 H: h+ w) e& R  j( j7 r& v$ x选择default时没有问题，但是使用local to design是在expedition中forward annotation就会报错，其错误为：
4 L. z% P2 T4 F- [- k, K# PERROR: No cell library search paths found from D:\WORKSPACE\pads-DX\test-exp\test-exp.prj
9 {# ~  L7 f9 |( ]3 Y8 P& d. ^- d$ p     ERROR:  Unable to initialize CellDBUpdate.
      Do you have the correct path to the Central Library?
8 k$ }5 ~* N+ y) H9 a. l      Did you forget to set the search path for cells?
8 a6 S2 F  j  f' v8 N# a0 J& Q但是在中心库中我已经设置了cell的搜索路径的，不解，请大虾帮助~~多谢

我也不知道有什么区别 只是看到有这个选项 所以就尝试了~~
