索雷博作为“光学实验室产品”行业的全球领军企业，Thorlabs诚意招聘光学研发工程师。光学研发工程师是Thorlabs上海研发团队的一员，负责光学产品（尤其是偏振光学产品）的研发。理想的候选人应熟悉偏振光学设备，且具备高品质光学产品的研发经验。该职位将与来自全球的工程师密切合作，每年会有数次机会参加光学展会，或到其它分公司参加培训或研讨。


RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
1. Design and develop optical subsystems. Starting from theoretical design, prototypes and final product design.
设计并开发光学子系统，包括概念设计、样机制作和成品设计
2. conceptualize and design of new products, starting from optical bench prototypes through to final package, then guide ramp-up of pilot manufacturing.
新产品的概念化及设计开发，包括光学试验台原型、成品包装，及小批量试生产
3. Developing test procedures, assist in writing user manuals, and training manufacturing and service personnel for transition of products from research and development to manufacturing.
制定测试流程，协助编写用户手册、对生产人员及售前售后服务人员进行培训，确保产品从研发到生产的顺利过渡
4. Providing technical support to Manufacturing, Marketing and Service.
为生产、市场及售前售后服务部门提供技术支持
5. Manage projects including prototype and product development schedules
进行项目管理，包括原型机试制和产品开发计划


JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1. Master or PhD in Physics, Optics, or other related engineering disciplines
光学或其它工科专业，硕士或博士学历
2. 5+ years of demonstrated experience in development and implementation of optical systems design
5年以上光学系统的研发及应用经验
3. Experience in developing high-quality optical products and leading the development to production
具备高品质光学产品的研发经验，能够引领产品开发流程
4. Strong knowledge in optics. Knowledge and experience in polarization optics or electrooptics is a plus.
具备深厚的光学知识。对于偏振或者电光光学有经验者优先
5. Strong experience in optical lab, optical setup, and optical devices, such as lasers, detectors, etc.
具备丰富的光学实验室经验，熟悉光学搭建、光学设备（比如激光、探测器等）
6. Strong knowledge in MATLAB (or GNU Octave) and LabVIEW
熟悉MATLAB（或GNU Octave）及LabVIEW等软件的操作
7. Knowledge in SolidWorks is a plus
擅长SolidWorks者优先
8. Fluent in both written and spoken English
英文读写流利
9. Knowledge of wide variety of photonics devices
熟练操作各种光学仪器和设备
10. Experience working within multi-disciplinary engineering teams
具备跨专业研发团队的合作经验
11. Appreciation of photonics market sector and associated optical products
具备对光学市场及相关光学产品的判断、鉴别能力
