    3 Description
    ( J) B7 D4 M+ ]+ @! g& V8 XThe ZCC103 is a digital output temperature sensor in
    & E' y2 ?( _! _9 R9 da four-ball wafer chip-scale package (WCSP). The
    0 E4 H# J+ Q2 @( @2 KZCC103 is capable of reading temperatures to a
    , M/ a; u, v! W5 ~2 f: Aresolution of 1°C.( `/ N) F* D* I* I, X
    The ZCC103 features a two-wire interface that is
    5 D# D  _' C6 h- E5 R$ [compatible with both I2C and SMBus interfaces. In
    $ H' ]$ B6 v" n0 Y+ Jaddition, the interface supports multiple device( m1 p0 B1 Z" ~' {9 R
    access (MDA) commands that allow the master to
      s% ^* ?. ?. B4 C! J& b- Kcommunicate with multiple devices on the bus
    6 n, w7 o" ^: x2 D6 a( y3 }& e+ F( jsimultaneously, eliminating the need to send$ A6 ~; F$ m( |7 N$ C* @
    individual commands to each ZCC103 on the bus.
    " o0 ^, }7 ]" L0 J5 [* K* x8 W& \& IUp to eight ZCC103s can be tied together in parallel0 n, k, s7 ~0 t) d
    and easily read by the host. The ZCC103 is( E1 h9 c- z' F. y. ^) i2 M
    especially suitable for space-constrained, power-8 E1 r+ Z- j: W6 J& J2 F0 R
    sensitive applications with multiple temperature
    4 A' u9 @3 I  u$ j3 emeasurement zones that must be monitored.' S! R# M) }# V/ v
    The ZCC103 is specified for operation over a
