0.65μA quiescent current under light load condition and

fixed output voltage version. It can also support up to
* n- n& m- h# Q9 F* i7 ]) s300mA output current from 3.3V to 5V conversion, and
# X4 f, I$ }8 w; j0 P9 jachieve up to 93% at 200mA load.
; o5 t1 h& Y7 uThe ZCC66099 also offers both down mode and pass-
' L+ x) Y6 a1 R) T! f0 T. L0 _through operation for different applications. In down
mode, the output voltage can still be regulated at target
% w$ Q4 Z& x- F# wvalue even when input voltage is higher than output
voltage. In pass-through mode, the output voltage
follows input voltage. The ZCC66099 exits down mode
* c1 ?' D3 N" {and enters into pass-through mode when VIN > VOUT +
) v& c, |6 t8 E! c. S; S3 T0 ]0.3V.
The ZCC66099 supports true shutdown function when
it is disabled, which disconnects the load from the input
! T" T1 Z) E3 c1 [3 e4 Psupply to reduce the current consumption.
