请教ESD器件内部二极管方向问题？

今天客户问了一个问题，说板子上一个ESD二极管型号找不到要换一个，给了型号我看。看完我自己也有些疑问了，研究了一下没懂，来问问大家。
1 c. w- R  y2 d+ i0 y5 K( g% D  h选用的ESD都为双向的，但是datasheet上给的原理图上两个背靠背的二极管方向不同：

           背靠背向外

请问大家，这两种有什么区别吗？

功能上兼容 只是静电泄放时回路有点区别，前者先经过等效二极管再过等效稳压管，后者先经过等效稳压管再过等效二极管

Creating a Bidirectional Diode
TVS diodes are inherently unidirectional. A bidirectional device can be created by combining two unidirectional diodes, as shown in Figure 5. The electrical characteristics of a common cathode and common anode device are typically equivalent. The clamping voltage (VC) of the composite bidirectional device is equal to the breakdown voltage (VBR) of the diode that is reversed biased, plus the diode drop of the second diode that is forwarded biased.
