小弟从iRF的官网下载 了,以****.spi为后缀的模型文件。这个模型导入到Pspice中,发现与实物不对,最后检查模型编辑,是模型里这样编辑。这个里面对于模型的编辑文件如下:

这个里面对于模型只是定义1,2,3个脚,而实际用到的是so-8的封装,坛里对于这个程序编辑比较熟悉的,麻烦请问这个程序编辑有什么规则,或者有什么文档或者书籍。麻烦求一份。
