1. Design all interconnects as controlled impedance and terminate when necessary

8. Use multiple power and ground planes on adjacent layers with thin dielectric between them- E' c' Y: z' _- V! R
9. Use shortest surface traces possible for decoupling capacitors4 }# s! w! }; @# U* }
10. Use enough total capacitance for low frequency and enough capacitors for low inductance at high frequency. Use SPICE to optimize capacitor values to avoid parallel resonances.
