2.General Description
! d$ a* m3 a/ ]5 V) x% |- H, r0 WThe ZCC6303 is a constant frequencymode step-up converter intendedfor small,low power applications.TheZCC6303switches at 1.2MHz and allowsthe use of tiny, low cost capacitors andinductors 5mm or less in height. Internalsoft-start results in small inrush currentand extends battery life.
ThezCC6303 includes under-voltagelockout,current limiting, and thermaoverload protection to prevent damage inthe event of an output overload. TheZCC6303 is available in a small 6-pinSOT-23or ESOP8 package.
