    a four-ball wafer chip-scale package (WCSP). The: Q3 C# D" n' O7 b
    ZCC103 is capable of reading temperatures to a4 T" V" I% i3 d4 R! F; a
    resolution of 1°C.
    + S, n: E+ j5 _The ZCC103 features a two-wire interface that is, R' H- p+ D' o( B% X
    compatible with both I2C and SMBus interfaces. In: g  [5 f! W4 M
    addition, the interface supports multiple device/ w+ |  `1 R6 Z
    access (MDA) commands that allow the master to) d9 X1 T4 @; J( j7 u. I
    communicate with multiple devices on the bus" x7 a+ c7 `* ?) v" X& r' Y, |8 U
    simultaneously, eliminating the need to send: t- q6 R* J9 j% a
    individual commands to each ZCC103 on the bus.
    " k6 ^+ ~4 o1 vUp to eight ZCC103s can be tied together in parallel, e% w" m0 [) n2 D6 |; R
    and easily read by the host. The ZCC103 is* [3 I' R+ |+ J9 c2 k
    especially suitable for space-constrained, power-
    ' v$ r2 |7 Q0 W' s6 }: R0 Vsensitive applications with multiple temperature: R: R0 R) h& N; g1 s4 `7 r
    measurement zones that must be monitored.+ {2 Q' e3 F+ G5 q
    The ZCC103 is specified for operation over a+ D8 J( a8 \1 N% c: y
    temperature range of –40°C to 125°C0 m7 o6 e3 q, C, q. w2 U) ~2 `
