Description
1 x) h# x, s" A/ k& O& ]The ZCC1001E is a high voltage, non-synchronous
step-down converter operates over a wide range
input voltage 9V to 100V. The ZCC1001E
integrates a 120-V 400-mΩ high-side MOSFET.
+ j" v  J2 l5 S; x$ VThe ZCC1001E delivers 1A continuous load
( E" u; ~3 a$ q7 T4 X' D  P" xcurrent with up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1001E
operates with fixed frequency peak current control
with built-in compensation eliminates the need for
external components.
Cycle-by-cycle current limit in high-side MOSFET
protects the converter in an overload condition.
Hiccup mode protection is triggered if the over
1 o. P6 e- y% @/ ?/ ]6 bcurrent condition has persisted for longer than the
present time.
. H9 k+ U3 l. e; R! d/ M, E5 P( z& @  EThe ZCC1001E exhibits protection features that

over-current and over-temperature.
