    voltage detection circuit and delay circuit.

    (1) High Precision Voltage Detection Circuit# X4 v5 P: \3 h/ @
     Overcharge detection voltage 4.000~4.500V Precision: ±25mV* G, N5 v) C4 v7 b6 p5 s. F: F9 S" O2 u
     Overcharge release voltage 3.800~4.500V Precision: ±35mV
      B4 P& m/ v7 w6 o* a! h; ^- U Standby detection voltage 2.70V Precision: ±15%# Y+ R% A( U' Z- e- K2 c& I) Y
     Standby release voltage 2.70V Precision: ±15%
    3 F2 x4 O4 z7 u$ C5 |(2) Delay times are generated by an internal circuit (external capacitors are unnecessary).
