ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

·        Liaise with operation with regards to testmanufacturing performance and ensure appropriate test kits uptime andperformance.

·         

·        Focus on test kits safety both forelectricity and laser

·        Ensure daily test kits maintaining and keepthe test kits running in high efficiency

·        Data/performance analysis on test kits inorder to optimize test kits cycle time and up time, this include but notlimited to test kit redesign and modification

·        Organize and plan on spare parts to minimizedowntime

·        Organize and plan on test kits/instrumentscalibration on schedule

·        Plan PM schedule to keep the test kits inbest condition

·        Work together with test team and R&D teamfor NPI product

·        Train test engineers/technicians to improvetheir technical competence

·        Liaise and communicate internally among allthe test team to ensure smooth operating of the team

·        Communicate in between department and teamwhere it is necessary in order to carry out the job responsibility

·        Other added responsibility as assign bysupervisor

Qualifications and Requirements

•Bachelor'sdegree (B. S.) in electrical/Optics engineering, and at least 3 years ofrelated working experience with optical communication

•Be astrong test Hardware/Software knowledge and experience of opto-electronicscomponent and optical communication system, good at operation of testinstrument like optical switch, multimeter, OSA, BERT, etc

•Good at operation of test instrument like optical switch, multimeter, OSA, BERT,etc.

•Familiar with optical active and passive product and communication system like WDM, SDHetc

•Good understanding of data statistics knowledge such as GR&R, SPC, correlationetc and requires strong trouble shooting skills.

•Familiarwith define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw validconclusions, interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions inmathematical or diagram form.

•Good at English both in speaking and writing.
