转完很多要改的，实在搞不懂为啥很多公司喜欢转来转去，如果是要换设计平台，重新抄一遍，一了百了。

有些公司会设计多种对应不同的软件平台的，对应不同的客户。转来转去怕出问题，花的时间还不如重抄一遍

这个貌似转不了，也没听说有专用的转换软件。

16.6最新补丁以及17.2都支持PADS原理图导入了。
Step 1 – Export schematic data from PADS.
In DX Designer export your PADS schematic to EDIF 2.0 format using the EDIF Interface:
Note: If you are using PADS Logic you will need to convert your design into DxDesigner first using the Mentor supplied conversion utilities then you can proceed with step 1 of the conversion process.
' y( u9 r: ?$ O" C7 T% x, wStep 2 – Import schematic data to OrCAD Capture.
Once the EDIF file is created, launch OrCAD Capture and use the File >> Import Design option and select the EDIF Tab for Import of your PADS EDIF file:
