help文档已经给出方法，我贴给你看下吧，多试几次就行了。
Define a board outline from an imported DXF file
! O5 C- H' [7 w3 ^1. Import the DXF file (see Importing a DXF File).
2. Copy the imported outline graphic with Ctrl+double-click on
the imported outline graphic.
3. Place the new shape where you want the board outline to be.
4 b3 y, W0 ^* r: ]4. Open the Properties dialog box (Draw > Properties).
) |9 c$ b# z& w8 O4 @) c, _( M4 ~( R5. Choose Board Outline from the Type list box.
4 w4 K" W: |) A( r. N1 e, {6. Delete the imported outline graphic.

这个方法不行了，现在导入后，不能直接编辑。其属性是cell了，不是图形属性了。应该是bug可能要等补丁出来了。

操作重点是第二句 Copy the imported outline graphic with Ctrl+double-click on
0 ?( Y9 m5 k3 l/ n( J9 rthe imported outline graphic.  And then  open the Properties dialog box (Draw > Properties) ;Finally change the copied outline to board outline. Done
